Tina Harmon, President of The Harmon Group, dba Mercury P&F began her career with S&H Motivation and Travel handling incentive programs. Tina then held several positions at Maritz Travel, helping to grow the office from $17 million to a $70 million dollar operation. As Vice President, Managing Director, Tina championed the Maritz quality team to become the first travel company to achieve Ford's prestigious Q1 quality status.
In 2000 Tina founded The Harmon Group, where she continues to use her experience and "best practice" knowledge working with clients like Chrysler and the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council managing trade shows and other special projects. Tina has successfully managed the Matchmaker Event for Chrysler, LLC for the past four years. She researches qualified MBEs based on specifications provided by Chrysler, verifies the qualifications and initiates all communications to potential and selected Matchmaker participants.

The Words of Wisdom Award honors a woman who has been instrumental in educating and mentoring women toward achieving their career aspirations or dreams of business ownership.
